Stan was born and raised in the capital city of Bulgaria, Sofia. He came to Berkeley in 1992, as an international student to the English Language Program at UC Extension. Prior to getting involved with real estate, Stan got his degree in Psychology and Marketing from San Francisco State University.
While obtaining his degree, Stan was a personal assistant to a real estate broker (servicing the famous Blackhawk area near Danville), and a property manager. With his management and people skills credentials, Stan offers organized and compassionate service to his clients, both buyers and sellers.
Stan’s background in Psychology enables him to truly understand and listen to people’s needs, and help them achieve their goals and desires in real estate. Along with representing buyers and sellers Stan is a Berkeley landlord and offers his experience and knowledge to his income property clients.
Stan lives in North Berkeley with his wife, Elena, son Boris and dog, Jerry.
